FOOM! went the bullet thru the apple (Doc Edgerton did the photo I think) and f........O........O.........m went the caterpillar across the table.
I met Doc Edgerton once, and I remember him as being one of the nicest people. I was a lowly undergraduate, and he treated me as if I actually knew something. I will always carry that kindness with me.
